In a large bowl mix salt, sugar, cocoa powder and flour until combined.
Add in melted butter, eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips and then spread evenly in pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove brownies from oven and cover them with mini marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake for 4 minutes to roast marshmallows.
In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the drizzle. Drizzle over warm brownies.
Let cool before cutting.
Notes
Almonds, peanuts, walnuts or pecans can be used for the nuts. I used peanuts. Lightly roasting them will add depth of flavor.If in a rush, use a boxed brownie mix, bake according to package directions. Finish off with topping and drizzle.Use your favorite chocolate chips for this recipe. I used a mixture of milk and semi sweet but gluten free chips, dark chocolate, etc will also work.
